This course explores the principles, design, and implementation of flexible and blended learning environments in education and training contexts. It examines how digital technologies, pedagogical strategies, and learner-centered approaches can be combined to create engaging, inclusive, and adaptive learning experiences. Students will analyze various models of blended learning, assess the role of technology in supporting flexibility, and develop skills to design and evaluate blended learning programs.

Through a combination of theory, case studies, and practical design projects, learners will gain the knowledge and competencies needed to plan, facilitate, and assess learning in contexts that integrate face-to-face and online modalities.

This course provides comprehensive knowledge of building finishing works, which form the final stage of construction and give a building its aesthetic appearance, protection, and functionality. Students learn about the materials, techniques, and workmanship involved in various internal and external finishes, including walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, and other decorative elements. Emphasis is placed on quality, durability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with building standards.

This unit provides a comprehensive understanding of sanitary appliances and fittings used in water supply and wastewater systems within buildings. Students learn about the selection, installation, operation, and maintenance of fixtures and appliances that ensure hygiene, comfort, and sustainability in modern plumbing systems. Emphasis is placed on design standards, codes of practice, and environmental considerations.
